## Description

The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS) intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This will be a firm-fixed-price award to a responsible small business. Please follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted.

For additional information and to register in SAM, please visit www.sam.gov. Award will not be made to any contractor that is not registered in SAM. The NWS National Logistics Support Center has a requirement for synthetic lubricating oil for the Next Generation Weather Radar (NEXRAD) system as per the specifications listed below.
