## Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR Scintec LAP3000 RadarWindProfiler & RASS Solicitation number N00244-26-Q-0020 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Scintec LAP3000 Radar Wind Profiler system and associated installation and training services for the Navy Postgraduate School (NPS). The procedures in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul: FAR Part 12 will be followed.

It is the responsibility of the Contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses, provisions, and rules included in these regulations and the corresponding defense regulation supplements.
