## Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to SPECTRACOM/ZAFRAN (Safran Federal Systems). The requirement is for the purchase of the following items listed below:

This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote nor a request for information.

A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334118 ? Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 1000 employees. Acquisition of Commercial Items under RFO FAR Part 13 ?
