## Description

The Naval Medical Research Command intends to award a sole source contract to ARRK North America Inc., San Diego, CA 92122. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, if interested, the government shall consider all responses.

**NOTE:** Vendors must be an authorized re-seller for Novel Amalgam Separator Design. The requirement is for a contract for the purchase of supplies for a Novel Amalgam Separator Design, for Naval Medical Research Unit, San Antonio, TX. This will support NAMRU-SA research projects with marginal disruption.

**POP:** FY 25 - FY 26; The anticipated period of performance is a base period of 12 months, with no option years. Please see the attached Statement of Need for additional details.
