The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Dept, Pentagon Directorate is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation to procure FY 2025 Intermediate Flag and Senior Executive course (IFLEX) Training as required by Vice Chief of Naval Operations (VCNO). The resultant purchase order for this procurement will include commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Kellogg Conference Hotel. The Government will not pay for information submitted in the response to this notice. It is anticipated that the required IFLEX Training will consist of a base period of performance of 21 September 2025 through 26 September 2025. It is intended to award a sole source firm-fixed price Purchase Order. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
