The period of performance for this contract is for a period of 12-months. Components covered are as follows: 1) Coverage for the A1R MP Scanner Module (S/N 502071), Controller and Detector, LU-N4 Laser Fixture (S/N 41120), LU Controller (S/N 456064), IOU Optical Unit, GaAsP NDDD Epi, Detector Unit (S/N 590780), Spectral Detector (S/N 545111), NIS Software Updates, and a Preventative maintenance (PM) visit once per contract year. **POP:** FY25 - FY26; One Base Year.
