## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure ten (10), 12-month licenses for RSMeans Online (RSMO) on a Sole Source basis from RSMeans Company, LLC. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
