## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Oil Content Monitor (OCM) components, on a Sole Source basis from Admartec Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
