## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure engineering and technical services to support towing machine certification on USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52) , on a Sole Source basis from Jonrie Intertech, LLC . The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
