## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Two Model VS-50 Oil Water Separator , on a Sole Source basis from BNL Industries . The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
