## Description

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source brand name contract to, Eppendorf North America, Hauppauge, NY 11788. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. 1. ADSERV-320 Advantage On-site Service Contract, BioFlo® 320, QTY 1. The NAICS code for this action is 423490. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items.
