## Description

NAMRU-SA has a need to fulfill the requirement of a one-year on-site complete suppo1t plan for the Thermo Fisher Scientific Nicolet iS50 FTIR (ECN: I09840)

**(SN:** AUP22 l 0962), the system also includes a flat panel monitor 22" wide, Dell Optiplex C 17 Windows operating system and Omnic 9 data collection and analysis software, located at NAM RU-SA. This plan includes unlimited on-site repair visits, comprehensive and all inclusive (parts and labor), travel expenses and highest service dispatching priority during the service agreement coverage period 17 February 2024 to 16 February 2025. One preventative maintenance visit is also included in the service agreement.
