## Description

Rural Development (RD) needs to secure the services of qualified contractors toprovide management services for the following multi-family dwelling: SilverCreek Apartments 402 Meadow Drive Troy, Illinois 62249 Upon receipt of a contract, the Contractor shall perform services for the management of theproperty. The Contractor will supply the necessary labor, time, attention and effort of theContractor’s principals and employees regularly engaged in the business of the Contractor toproperly discharge the obligations of the Contractor.
