## Description

Hotel Rooms to accommodate 250 people, General session room to accommodate 250 people, 4 break out rooms to fit 63 people, 1 smaller breakout room to for 10-12 people. Av equipment needs and refreshment requirements in Statement of Need attached. Hotel rooms will be paid by individual room holder on government travel card. Meeting Space, refreshments, and av requirement will be paid separately through contract or GPC.
