The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) National Agricultural Library (NAL) requires immediate and continuous authenticated electronic access for all USDA users and public on-site users to the Springer Nature e-book " Access & Select" Biomedical and Life Sciences collection (703 titles) and Earth and Environmental Sciences collection (560 titles) BASIC plan with perpetual access to the selected titles up to the value of the license fee for DigiTop.
