(NOON) The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC), Mission Support Division (MSD) requires waste collection services via a 40-foot rollaway dumpster in Fort Worth, TX. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number 12FPC424Q0107 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13 are being utilized. The resulting contract will be a time and materials contract with one base year and two option years.
