Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of this RFQ and is the best value for the Government. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $19.0M.
