All work will be done in accordance with applicable codes. Supplies will be premium grade manufactured by a reputable vendor. After removal of current HVAC units, the roof area will be cleaned in preparation for the installation of two new heat pump/gas backup hybrid roof top units. The new units will be attached to existing ductwork. Electric and gas will be connected to existing lines. Electrical control wiring will be connected to existing programmable thermostats that have battery backups. The system will be started and tested for proper operation. The current HVAC units will be disconnected and removed with care, for potential use elsewhere.
