**CONTRACT INFORMATION:** This announcement is total small business acquisition to provide Emergency Watershed Protection, Morgan County, Ohio. Total Small Business set-aside.

**Place of Performance:** Center Township, Morgan County, Ohio The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated under simplified acquisition procedures FAR Part 13. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2025. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.

**PROJECT INFORMATION:** The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. The project requests streambank stabilization measures along Spook Hallow Road within Center Township, Morgan County, Ohio. The stabilization will consist of Rock Riprap and Gabion Baskets.
