Q2: Can these plant materials be chipped in place? Put through a wood chipper in a specific location? (I am assuming they want the plant material in place to help with future plantings). A2: The plant materials can be chipped on site, but the materials will need to be removed. We do not need the chipped plant material to remain on site. Q3: Is there a possibility to complete the work on weekend such as Saturday and Sunday or does it have to be serviced through the weekdays? A3: The work needs to be serviced Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Q4: Some of the photos do not match the descriptions being requested for removal and/or trimming so a site visit would be needed to ensure the correct pricing and/or support needed to execute the solicitation. Please advise when a site visit can be scheduled. A4: There will be no formal site visit, however, the center will be open Mon-Fri if they wish to stop by and see the trees by the main buildings.
