The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed-priced contract resulting from this solicitation. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of this RFQ and is the best value for the Government. This RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 effective May 22, 2024. This solicitation is being conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services; the size standard is $19.0M.
