## Description

Please see attached PWS for further details. USDA NRCS requires janitorial services for East Texas Plant Materials Center, located in the town of Nacogdoches, Texas. The occupied space consists of approximately 3646 square feet (2974 sqft of office space and 672 sqft of Seed Lab office). Contractor will furnish labor, necessary personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to meet or exceed the required services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The office and seed lab are located at 6598 FM 2782, Nacogdoches, Texas 75964. Contract shall be responsible for the completion of all work, payment of subcontractors, supplying materials and any necessary items to perform the duties outlined in the performance work statement.
