Magnitude of Construction: Less than $25,000 The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13 and 36 apply. A bid bond is not required and there will be no formal bid opening.
