CONTRACT INFORMATION: Total Small Business Set-Aside Place of Performance: Hart County, Kentucky. Magnitude of Construction: Less than $25,000 The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13 and 36 apply. A bid bond is not required and there will be no formal bid opening. A Request for Quote (RFQ) is being solicitated and the anticipated solicitation issue date is on or around June 3, 2024. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive offeror. To be eligible for contract award, interested contractors must be registered as Active and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
