The proposed stream crossing rehabilitation project involves stabilizing two degraded stream crossings totaling approximately 246 linear feet in length. The project is located in Graves County, Kentucky. CONTRACT INFORMATION: Total Small Business Set-Aside Place of Performance: Approximately 1 ½ miles SW of Symsonia, Kentucky, and along East bank of West Fork Clarks River, Graves County, Kentucky. Magnitude of Construction: between $25,000 and $100,000 The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13 and 36 apply. A bid bond is not required and there will be no formal bid opening. A Request for Quote (RFQ) is being solicitated and the anticipated solicitation issue date is on or around May 28, 2024. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive offeror.
