The UDSA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Operations Branch, Acquisition Division is preparing to issue a solicitation on behalf of USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Program for work to restore and stabilize a streambank using rock riprap along Caves Road in Liberty Township, Jackson County, Ohio. **CONTRACT INFORMATION:** **Total Small Business Set-Aside Place of Performance:** Caves Road, Liberty Township, Jackson County, Ohio Magnitude of Construction: between $100,000 and $250,000 The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13 and 36 apply. A bid bond is not required and there will be no formal bid opening.
