## Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICTITATION For CHENA BASIN SNOW SITES HELICOPTER CHARTER Helicopter transportation for access to Chena Basin SNOTEL sites in Alaska according to attached Statement of Work and contract terms and conditions. This contract will cover three missions: April Snow Survey and the May Snow Survey.

a. The April Snow Survey Run, weather dependent, will take 1 day and the preferred dates are between March 28th and April 2nd or as close to the beginning of April as operationally possible.

b. The May Snow Survey Run, weather dependent, will take 1 day and will be scheduled between April 28th and May 2nd.

c. Summer Maintenance of the Chena Basin SNOTEL sites. This will occur between July 1st and Sept 30th, 2024. Two to three days of flight service will be required. April/May missions will provide transportation to two snow surveyors and equipment to each site for snow measurements. Summer missions will provide transportation two personnel and assorted maintenance equipment.
