The wetland restoration of 1,750 acres will include the following measures: Four wetland management basins defined by existing and constructed dikes. Shallow scrapes and islands for habitat and wave protection. Water control structures (sheet piling, pipes, gates, pump stations) for water level management. Access road and bridge improvements for operation and maintenance of the wetland management basins. CONTRACT INFORMATION: Total Small Business Set-Aside Place of Performance: Prince’s Point, Jefferson County, Wisconsin Magnitude of Construction: between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated under sealed bidding procedures FAR Part 14. The anticipated solicitation issue date is on or around July 3, 2024. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive offeror. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the bid price is required to be submitted with bids. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of award amount will be required within 7 days of award by the successful offeror. To be eligible for contract award, interested contractors must be registered as Active and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
