NRCS requires access to the History Colorado/Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation online database of previously recorded cultural resources and inventories (COMPASS), access to State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) ArcGIS data, yearly archaeology permits to access State Lands, and services including file search requests. Product Descriptions: ArcGIS Data Share COMPASS Archaeology Permit File Reproduction Requests The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 13.5, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) for this acquisition is 518210 Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes, however, if any other interested party believes that it can provide the required products, it may submit a statement of capabilities. Capability statements must display sufficient detail and evidence to determine if the party has the ability to provide the required products. The statement of capabilities must be furnished in writing and emailed to Sandra.Driver@usda.gov and Lizabeth.Kuhaneck@usda.gov by May 13, 2025 at 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). The government will not pay for information received in response to this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
