The Contractor shall provide “help desk” support to resolve equipment operations deficiencies from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST during normal workdays. The Contractor shall provide onsite support within 48 hours after notification to resolve equipment operations deficiencies not resolved by “help desk” support, during the warranty period of the equipment. The Contractor shall provide onsite support during the initial Board meeting.
