## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to add Section C.12 Meetings and Communication. The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to the questions and extend the due date from February 5, 2024 to February 14, 2024. 12:00 pm CST. Louisiana NRCS wish to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for this service and will issue BPA calls as needed. The BPA will be for 5 years.
