## Description

Amendment 0001

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date and update meeting venue date options. Option 1 - Monday, November 18, 2024, through Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Option 2 - Tuesday, November 19, 2024, through Thursday, November 21, 2024. Option 3 - Wednesday, November 20, 2024 through Friday, November 22, 2024. Review all revised attachments and utilize updated revised Attachment A - Price Schedule. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Contractors must acknowledge amendment when submitting their quote.

Combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is issued and prepared in accordance with format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in notice. Announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC124Q0062 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and acquisition procedures at FAR Part 12 and 13 are being utilized.

Government intends to issue a firm fixed price (FFP) award based on lowest price, technically acceptable quote that conforms to solicitation requirements. Quotes are being solicited under full and open competition. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective May 22, 2024. NRCS Oklahoma State requires a conference venue in Oklahoma City area for All- Employee Meeting. One meeting date option will be awarded.

Option 1 - Tuesday, November 12, 2024, through Thursday, November 14, 2024. Option 2 – Tuesday, November 19, 2024, through Thursday, November 21, 2024. See attached attachments for further details.
