The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC), in conjunction with the National Conservation Resource Service (NRCS), Michigan State Office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Geophysical Survey Systems, Inc. (GSSI) **Requirements:** The requirement is for replacement parts for a government owned SIR-400 ground penetrating radar (GPR) manufactured by Geophysical Survey Systems, Inc. (GSSI). **Required Supplies:** Qty 2 - FG62X-SKIDASSY - Replacement bucket (white) with straps for 62X cart Qty 2 - FGMISC - F-35-366 Skid Yoke for 62X Cart Qty 1 - FGMOD624 - Utility Cart, 3 wheel, for SIR 4000 Qty. 1 - FGMOD50400S - 400 MHz Antenna, w/ Smart ID The proposed contract action is for commercial items for which the Government intends to solicit in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 13.5, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.
