At closeout of the contract, Contractor will provide the Government with a set of as-built drawings showing the components of the entire septic system. The existing septic system at Oak Flat Fire Station is not properly functioning due to age and a high-water table. There is a nearby septic system to utilize with 2,000-gallon tank and 4 leach lines that was installed in 2009 for a trailer pad. The system has not been in use ever since the residence was sold and is now in the process of being relocated by the new owner.
