## Description

Work for this project requires the Contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows:

Mold remediation, air-quality clearance testing, and minor reconstruction after passing clearance testing. An indoor environmental air-quality assessment was performed by Air Source Technology, Inc., on March 9, 2022. The assessment report, dated March 30, 2022, is included with this solicitation as an attachment.
