AMENDMENT 0002

(See attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Provide Questions and Answers, see attached.

2. Extend the proposal submission due date to 3:00 PM EST on July 16, 2025.

AMENDMENT 0001

(See attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (see attached);

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) U.S. Salinity Laboratory (USSL) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for disconnect and removal of the existing evaporative cooler, chiller, cooling tower and pumps. Install new breakers in existing switchboard and provide two new chillers and all related appurtenant devices, and incidental related work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and other attachments for this requirement. The project is located at USDA, ARS, USSL at 450 W Big Springs Road, Riverside, CA 92507. Magnitude of Construction Project is $500,000 to $1,000,000.

**SITE VISIT:** A single organized site visit has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday June 11, 2025. See clause L.6 Site Visit for more information and RSVP instructions.
