In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP), #12905B25R0006, may be issued on or around 30 January 2025. The requirement will be 100% Set-Aside for SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES (SDB), under NAICS Code 236220 with a size standard of $19M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined. The RFP will be accessible via https://sam.gov/ in the “Contracting Opportunities” section.
