## Description

AMENDMENT 0002

(See attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Provide revised specifications as Attachment 8 - Amended Specifications;

**2. Revise Section M for Factor #2:** Satisfactory Past Performance.

3. Extend proposal submission deadline to 12:00 PM PST on 02/28/2025.

AMENDMENT 0001

(See attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (see attached);

2. Include clause 52.223-23 – Sustainable Products and Services (attached full text).

The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for Renovations to Garage Building Project C at Columbia Plateau Conservation Research Center at 48037 Tubbs Ranch Road, Adams, OR 97810. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document.

**SITE VISIT:** 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Tuesday January 21, 2025 (See section L.4 for RSVP instructions)
