In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) # 12905B25Q0011 may be issued on or around 11/25/2024. The upcoming solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-07. The requirement will be 100% Small Business Set Aside, under NAICS Code 236118 with a size standard of $33.5 Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined.
