**PROJECT DESCRIPTION:** Renovate bathroom and storage closet area in the Range Lab at the Agricultural Research Service unit at Dubois, ID. Renovations include removing an outdated shower, minor wall removal and construction, relocating vanity/sink, new toilet, minor electrical, window replacement, two exterior doors.

**Building 56 Background & Site Description:** This building was constructed originally in 1971, is a single level metal building. This building has an estimated 1285 square feet. The building has been repurposed from a surgery building to range laboratory space that is primarily used for processing range samples. Magnitude is $25,000 - $100,000 Reponses / proposals submitted to solicitation will not be reimbursed. The solicitation will be released on or about May 6, 2024.
