## Description

The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications for USDA ARS MWA NATIONAL ANIMAL DISEASE CENTER in Ames, IA. Bidder shall provide Base Bid pricing and Alternate pricing as defined in the contract documents.

**Location:** The site of work is at the USDA ARS MWA NATIONAL ANIMAL DISEASE CENTER, Ames, IA Principal of featured work: This work consists of removing existing vinyl wall base plates and carpet floor tiles, preparing the surface, and installing vinyl composite tiles into the clinic’s waiting room, nurse’s office, file room, and hallway. New base plates shall be installed and transitions between floor areas added.
