## Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to repair the floor coating in Building 7 at USDA ARS in Ames, IA. All work shall be done IAW the Statement of Work and other attachments set forth in this RFQ. Please see the attachments for important information on the site visit, submission requirements along with how and when to submit quotes.

Attendance at the site visit is highly encouraged due to the additional safety procautions required at this facility and special proceedures beyond what is normally encountered in this type of work. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion shall be 14 days after award with bonds due 10 days after award. Dept. of Labor General Decision #IA20240074 dated 8/2/2024 is applicable to the requirement.
