## Description

Amendment 02 - Amends Attachment 1b, subparagraph 2.6 Testing to include pressure testing as an acceptable method. Ensure all amendments are signed and returned with offers to acknowledge receipt. Failure to do so will result in rejection of your offer.

Amendment 01 uploads the final questions/responses for this requirement. QUESTIONS ARE CLOSED AND NO FURTHER QUESTIONS WILL BE ENTERTAINED. This is the only official location where these documents can be obtained and where updates are posted. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of any amendments. No ‘hard copy’ solicitation materials are available. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed, and telephone requests will not be honored.

MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT - Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 A single organized site visit is completed on Wednesday, 7 August 2024 at TIME 9:00 a.m. Central Time. Please ensure to sign on-site sign-in sheet All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to theodore.blume@usda.gov by 10:00 a.m. Central Time, Wednesday, 14 August 2024 via the Attachment VI - RFI form.

Bid Bond Guarantees are also required when the proposal is above $150K. Proposals are to receive no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Friday, 30 August 2024. Proposal must be in writing and emailed to:

theodore.blume@usda.gov PROPOSAL MUST BE ANNOTATED AS SUCH AND REFERENCE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER. 12905B24Q0157. Late proposals submitted after this deadline may be considered only if it is in the government’s best interest and if it will not unduly delay award.

**Note:** Performance and Payment bonds will be required after award should they meet the threshold per FAR 28.102.
