## Description

this is a solicitation to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to renovate Room 17, 121 and 122 at USDA ARS in Logan, UT. See attachments for important information including how and when to respond to this solicitation. All work shall be done IAW the Statement of Work and other attachments set forth in this RFQ. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Completion shall be 120 days after Notice to Proceed with bonds due 10 days after award. Dept. of Labor General Decision #UT20240082 dated 1/5/2024 is applicable to the requirement.
