## Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for a research field requiring a new irrigation system. The field currently lacks a source connection to build a new flood irrigation system. A new connection is required to extend the water source to the new field, in addition to building and installing the new flood system to support irrigation to the research field plots.

See attached Statement of Work (SOW). The project is located at USDA, ARS, San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center, 9611 S Riverbend Ave Parlier, CA 93648. SITE VISIT: 10:00a.m Pacific Time on Monday July 29, 2024. See Section L.4 for more information and RSVP instructions.
