MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT – Less than $25,000.00 A single organized site visit is completed on Wednesday, 31 July 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Please ensure to sign on-site sign-in sheet All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to theodore.blume@usda.gov Tuesday, 6 August 2024 by 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, via the Attachment VI - RFI form. Bid Bond Guarantees are also required when the proposal is above $150K. Proposals are to be receive no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Tuesday, 13 August 2024. Proposal must be in writing and emailed to:

theodore.blume@usda.gov PROPOSAL MUST BE ANNOTATED AS SUCH AND REFERENCE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER. 12905B24Q0120. Late proposals submitted after this deadline may be considered only if it is in the government’s best interest and if it will not unduly delay award.
