This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. The solicitation number is 12905B24Q0030 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-03 February 23, 2024 found at www.https://www.acquisition.gov/ iv. This solicitation is issued as unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 334516 the small business size standard is 1,000. v. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: CLIN Qty UI Description 0001 7 ea Open Path FTIR w/ Tripods with retroreflectors IAW the specifications vi. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area (PWA) Northwest Irigation and Soils Research facility in Kimberly, ID has a need for Open Path FTIR equipment with tripods and retroreflectors. vii. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Delivery by: 12 weeks after award Delivery to: USDA ARS NWISR 3793 N 3600 E Kimberly, ID 83341 This requirement shall be FOB Destination. vii. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition.
