Purchase order type will be a Firm Fixed Price awarded to Jumpcode Genomics. This is for DepleteX custom primers and design service. Minimal requirement is 80% depletion of trout genomic sequences with the exclusion of CpG islands. This technology will be used in trout epegenetic research and metagenomic analysis microorganishms in fish tissues. Epigenetic studies require 20X coveage, euqal to 10f low cells per sample. NAICS Code is 541714. Period of Performance is estimated to be June 2, 2024 through August 2, 2024.
