Questions shall be submitted via email to Sarah Cotton at sarah.cotton@usda.gov and are due no later than February 12th, at 1700 Mountain Standard Time. The amount of pumping is an estimation. There is no minimum or maximum units guaranteed. The amount of pumping’s each year will be based on the Governments needs.
