Invasive species and weeds shall be sprayed to prevent spread and unsightliness. All the mowed areas and landscaped rock areas identified within the Landscape Services Boundary shall be free of debris caused by wind and storm damage, including but not limited to the following: tumbleweeds, fir needles, leaves, trash, sticks and other foreign debris.
